Alameda’s favorite music festival, Blues, Brews & BBQ, returns for its 7th edition bringing together world-class Blues musicians, a myriad of local craft breweries, and smoking BBQ vendors.

Blues Stage Lineup:

• GRAMMY nominee, Mark Hummel, 5pm to 6pm
• The Dynamic Miss Faye Carol & Her Sextet, 3:30pm to 4:30pn
• The Mighty Mules, 2pm to 3pm
• The Bonifides, 12:30pm to 1:30pm

Featured craft beverages include Alameda Brewing Co., Berryessa Brewing Co., Del Cielo Brewing, Boochcraft Organic Hard Kombucha, Drake’s Brewing Co., JuneShine, Line 51 Brewing Company, Oakland United Brewing, Schilling Hard Cider, Sierra Nevada, and Trumer Pils.

The BBQ grills will be smoking up delicious plates throughout the day. Fuel up with San Francisco-made Evergood beef hot links, smoked ribs, chicken, and bratwurst served up hot by Tante’s Catering. Tracy-based Speer Family BBQ and Oakland’s Smokin Woods BBQ are bringing their flavor-packed experiences to the festival. Other caterers are offering delicious bites that will pair perfectly with a generous selection of local craft brews.

In addition to the festivities, attendees will have the opportunity to peruse locally-crafted wares from Bay Area vendors. Kids can get crafty, musical, and stay engaged at the Family Zone hosted by Alameda’s own Ozzy’s Music Academy. Enjoy the spacious, green and tree-filled festival grounds of Washington Park — bring a blanket or lawn chairs. 

Festival sponsors include the City of Alameda, Evergood Sausages, Embarc Alameda, Michael Lane Homes, Alameda Recreation and Parks Department, California Arts Council, Alameda Municipal Power, Trinary Events, California Draft Tech, San Francisco Bay Ferry, The Fireside Lounge, and Ozzy’s Music Academy.
