Piedmont 4th of July Parade & Picnic

Celebrate our small town’s big spirit at Piedmont’s 59^th annual Independence Day celebration!

Enjoy 4th of July Piedmont style, with our annual:

• Parade: The fun starts at 11am!
• Picnic in the Park: Live music in Piedmont Park until 3pm.
• Neighborhood block parties Permit applications due June 29

Neighborhood floats have been at the heart of Piedmont’s 4th of July parade since the beginning, though the tradition has waned in recent years.

This year’s theme is “Independence Day the Piedmont Way.”

When: Saturday, July 4, 2026: 11am-3pm

Where: Highland Avenue from Park Way to Piedmont Park
