Event Details

We are thrilled to invite you and your child(ren) to an afternoon of play and connection at Ainia’s special playdate. Designed for kids ages ~6-10, this is a relaxed playdate where families can meet new friends, mingle, and explore indoor and outdoor playgrounds in a relaxed atmosphere. Light snacks will be provided and the event takes place in any weather, rain or shine.

For those interested, there will also be a chance to test the latest interactive stories from Ainia, an AI-powered interactive storytelling experience for children with relatable characters and engaging stories that encourage learning. Testing is optional.

Join us to meet some new friends and have fun! We’re excited to see you there.

All attendees must register: https://lu.ma/2zj8am6b

Some logistics:

  • Feel free to invite your friends along. All attendees must register.
  • There are indoor and outdoor playgrounds and toys for the children.
  • The event takes place in any weather, rain or shine. In case of bad weather, the indoor space is large enough for us all to fit in.
  • Siblings and up to two parents/caregivers per family are welcome to join (but only children ~6-10 years old can participate in the app test).
  • Light refreshments and drinks will be provided.
  • Testing is optional. If your child is interested, they will get about ~15 minutes with the app, and we might ask them a few questions about their experience. There will be time for free play and mingling before/after your child’s playtest.
  • Turn up any time between 2:30-5 pm (we will have to leave the venue by 5:30 pm)
  • Exact address after registration. One block from China Town station. Paid parking is possible very close by at Chinatown Parking Garage (728 Pacific Ave).
  • Bathrooms are on site.
  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that parents stay on-site throughout the event to supervise their children. Joining your child during the playtest is optional.
