Celebrate the magic of butterflies at the 2025 Mariposa Butterfly Festival! Join us May 3rd & 4th at the Mariposa County Fairgrounds for a weekend of fun, education, and entertainment for all ages. Experience the spectacular live butterfly release, explore Jurassic Mariposa with animatronic dinosaurs, enjoy two days of live music, a petting zoo, train rides, stilt walkers, jugglers, and silk aerialists! Visit Fairy Village for storytime with Miranda the Forest Fairy, take part in the Sunday obstacle course, and learn about butterflies and pollinators in Habitat Row, featuring a 40-foot caterpillar exhibit.
