Step into the portal. Over 1,000 of us are coming together for a sound journey designed to align & awaken.
‘The Sound Healing Symphony’ is a collection of eleven of the west coast’s best meditation musicians, all coming together in harmony to help you find ease. We play everything from harp, didgeridoo, gongs, crystal bowls, vibraphone and more!
During the experience, most people lay down, like they are receiving a sonic massage. Seated spots are available as well!

We come together to elucidate your deepest state of clarity, soothe away your worries, and bring you closer to your heart.
_____Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.
During the event, participants (mostly laying down) are bathed head to toe in sound— it’s a very hypnotic, ethereal experience. You will come away with a clear mind, and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound.
We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just “can’t get there.” Give this a try.
Sound Meditation Presents promotes the practice of using sound as a way to affect physical health and conscious awareness.
——
Our sound bath starts at 8pm, but all guests are asked to arrive between 7 and 7:30pm if possible. Doors will close promptly at 8pm.
**Doors open at 7pm. NOTE: Grace’s heat is back up! You can wear anything that’s comfortable. Bring a bottle of water because that’s always a good idea.
We recommend bringing a yoga mat, (optional) a pillow, (optional) a blanket or two and water!
Our events do get full, and we do encourage people to get close to one another.
That being said, you’re always free to claim more personal space. Want to attend but cannot afford to? E-mail simona (at) soundmeditationsf (dot) com. There are volunteer opportunities so you can join in.
