It’s our birthday month! On August 24, 1970, the first edition of El Tecolote rolled off the press, soon becoming a trusted voice for San Francisco’s Latino communities. To celebrate 55 years of independent community journalism, join us for a birthday fundraiser on Friday, August 22! There will be cumbia, palomas, sheet cake and plenty of good company.
