Proper Tings: Brunch Party — UK Sound in San Francisco Proper Tings is back with a daytime session bringing the raw energy of the UK underground to the heart of San Francisco. Rooted in the sounds of Garage, Dubstep, and Drum & Bass, the party is dedicated to showcasing the culture that has defined UK dancefloors for decades, while creating a space for the community to gather, connect, and move.
This time, we’re taking over Biergarten in Hayes Valley for a one-off brunch party. Expect seven local DJs building the energy across the afternoon, from deep, bass-heavy rollers to high-energy garage shuffles and heavyweight DnB selections.
If you were vibing to Oppidan and Hamdi at Portola or Sammy Virji at Outside Lands, this is the place to continue that journey — intimate, free, and built for those who want more of the UK sound in San Francisco.
Alongside the music, Biergarten will be pouring German beer, serving up sunshine plates, and keeping the mimosas flowing. It’s the perfect blend: daytime drinks, open-air vibes, and the sounds of the underground.
