Free Art Show: Catherine Lipsetz Dauer’s New Work at Birdhouse Gallery (SF)

Meet the artist during Saturday gallery hours at birdhouse for “the things we hold, the things we carry”, a solo exhibition of new work by San Francisco artist Catherine Lipsetz Dauer. The exhibition features a group of large-scale contemporary paintings on paper that reflect on time’s marks, pace and passage and the sentimentality of collecting and keeping objects over long periods. Accompanying works include drawings and mixed media. Saturdays with the artist for this exhibition are scheduled for 11/15, 11/22 and 11/29 and 12/6 from 11a-4p.
