SF’s Massive Cake Community Party w/ 100 Cakes

Come be part of our Cake Community Party! — a joyful space where we come together to care, connect, and celebrate life… one slice of cake at a time. Sweet Resistance – A welcoming and safe space for anyone seeking support, connection, and community—especially those trying to make sense of policies that harm democracy, science, environment, health and our diverse communities. You matter. You belong here. This is an intentional gathering created by an amateur baker and a true cake lover. We warmly encourage you to bake something special to share with the group, or to bring a cake from a small bakery where items are made with care. To keep the spirit of the event, we kindly ask that you avoid bringing cakes from big grocery stores.

You must bring a whole cake (uncut). Adults only.

1:00 PM — Doors Open Arrive early for cake setup and labeling. Please plan ahead for parking. Many guests will be arriving, so coming early helps us create a beautiful cake table together. Coffee and tea will be available at the Cafe on site, and this is a great time to mingle. Please support the cafe! The party is in the the gallery. There will be some fun icebreaker so you can meet new people!

2:00 PM — Doors Close. No late arrivals, please. To keep the event flowing smoothly and safely, there will be no late arrivals. 2:05 PM — Welcome, Live Music & Cake A brief opening followed by live music and cake feasting.

4:00 PM — Wrap-Up Music ends and we share any leftover cake to take home. Cake for breakfast on Monday!

What to Bring
• A whole, uncut cake (home-baked or from a local bakery, please support a small bakery)
• A serving or cutting knife
• A water bottle
• A container for cake leftovers
• An open heart ❤️

Location The Fold in San Francisco, a gallery and event space, Address: 3359 26th Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, in the Mission District. The venue is a versatile venue for art, events, and a cafe.
