In 2025, Kai Ming was awarded funding to provide pre-natal and post-natal support/training for expectant families, with the goal of connecting them to internal and community-based services. Our 12 week workshop series is starting on February 12, 2026 and runs every 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month.

Topics include physical and mental wellness, know your rights and financial planning – preparing for your hospital experience and more.
