Oakland’s New Parkway Theater Launches New Lifetime Pass
The New Parkway Theater in Oakland has just launched a Lifetime Pass. Although the pass is a little spendy at $1,750, it includes nearly every movie, sports screening, and special event, including events like Super Bowl parties, Academy Awards viewings, and Easter brunches, and is a fun way to support a local theater.
The theater isn’t your typical cinema. With cozy couches, loveseats, beanbags, and quirky seating, it screens new releases, cult classics, European soccer, oddball films, live-score performances, kid-friendly screenings, and Cereal Cinema with classic cartoons and an all-you-can-eat cereal bar. Patrons can also enjoy food and drinks delivered right to their seats, including local beer, wine, cocktails, milkshakes, and a menu for omnivores, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diners.
