SF this is for you! The 1st ever Noe Valley Wellness Festival is Sunday Aug. 30th 11a-3p in Noe Valley Square.

A community-wide celebration of wellness in its fullest sense — physical, financial and legal. Whether you’re looking to move your body, rest your nervous system, or finally get clarity on your finances or a legal question, there’s something here for you.

It’s FREE and open to every body. Plus, the first 50 attendees to show up will receive a free “I ❤ Noe Valley” tote bag with a Wellness Passport of local discounts tucked inside. Can’t take a flight? Retreat locally!

An afternoon of free classes at the demo stage: Vinyasa, tai chi, feldenkrais, pilates, family yoga, a talk on the real science of olive oil, yoga and breathwork, and a closing meditative musical experience. A merchant village packed with Noe Valley businesses (and face painting for the kiddos) supporting your physical, mental, financial, and legal wellness.

All are welcome, wherever you are in your journey. Spend the afternoon exploring free wellness classes (bring a mat!), a merchant village, and a kid’s face-painting corner.
