Ladies (or cross-dressers), if you find yourself rendered helpless by the cosmetic world of mascara, foundation, lipstick, powders and eyeliners, here’s some help. San Francisco artist Amy Chen will introduce methods of makeup and hair design in the Program room of the newly opened Richmond Branch, and will do a live demonstration.
