Culinary Historian of Northern California hosts Daniela Soleri, an ethnoecologist at UC Santa Barbara. Soleri will give a talk titled: “Globalization and Traditional Foods: A Case Study of Tejate, a Maize and Cacao Beverage from Oaxaca, Mexico”.
