“Share & Tell” Party: Free Drinks, Snacks & Swapping Goods | SF

Local sharing site yerdle will be hosting a free “Share and Tell” party with complimentary snacks and drinks on Thursday, March 28, 2013.

What’s a “Share and Tell”?
Share and Tells are a fun way to give and get things with your friends, all for free. These meet-ups are a great opportunity to catch-up with your friends, meet new like-minded members from the sharing community, physically swap some stuff you’re currently giving, getting or loaning on yerdle, and enjoy some complimentary drinks while you’re at it.

What is yerdle?
Sharing instead of shopping is a simple idea that saves money, builds community, and protects ecological resources. yerdle is a new mobile and web platform that enables people to share things with their friends for free. People post items that they’re willing to give away or loan to their friends, and then friends nab the things they want. Simple.

How does it work?
Visit yerdle and post something to give, get or loan. Attend the “Share and Tell” event and deliver or receive the items you’ve selected/posted. While not mandatory to attend, this event is most fun to those that play. Be sure to post an item to give, get or loan prior to the event.

yerdle will be providing complimentary light drinks and snacks. But in the spirit of yerdle, feel free to bring something to share.

Free, but an RSVP is required.
