April 12th is “National Grilled Cheese Day.” Yes, it’s another made up holiday, but one that Funcheap loves in all its crunchy cheesy gooeyness.
So corporations like Tillamook cheese, fast food joints like The Melt are going to give you a bunch of free sandwiches to celebrate, and even Funcheap has put together a Grilled Cheese Day Festival (a day late, on April 13, 2013) with a bevy of food trucks creating their own take on the classic American Grilled Cheese.
Munch, munch, enjoy!
