2014 Food Revolution Day
Food Revolution Day is a global day of action for people of all ages to make a stand for good food and essential cooking skills.
It’s a chance for people to come together within their homes, schools, workplaces and communities to cook and share their kitchen skills, food knowledge and resources. Food Revolution Day focuses on three simple actions – cook it, share it, live it.
Love food and your community? Get to know you neighbors and share your meals at Dolores Park from 5-8 pm on May 17, 2013.
Free, but an RSVP is requested.
Don’t feel like preparing anything? Bring some drinks at least. But really, please bring snacks, beers, wines, salads, sandwiches, burritos, juices, desserts, and anything else that you’d like to share.
Shareyourmeal.net will provide tables to place your meals.
