Oakland Internet Cat Video Festival
Bring out your inner party animal and join cat lovers and feline fans for the Oakland Internet Cat Video Festival making its return during a special Friday Nights at OMCA celebrating the reopening of the newly transformed Gallery of California Natural Sciences on May 31, 2013.
Your favorite silly cat videos will be projected larger-than-life, at 10:30 pm during this free encore screening (no museum admission is required for the film) of the Walker Art Center’s celebrated Internet Cat Video Festival in the gardens at the Oakland Mew-seum of California.

FREECome for the costume contest at 7:30 pm, where you can dress up like your favorite feline (or any other California species) and win a prize. Bring blankets and your warm coats, and enjoy beer, wine, Off the Grid food trucks (for purchase), live performances, and other festivities in the Museum gardens.
Outdoor events & film screening are free and open to the public. If you wish to view the museum galleries, it’s half-price on Friday nights ($6)
