Great American Pop-Up Movie Night
Great American Music Hall, built in 1907, was originally a bordello, then a highfalutin nightclub, and now the lavish room, done up with enormous mirrors, rococo woodwork, and gold-leaf trim is one of the city’s best live music venues.
Periodically they cover up the stage, pull down a screen, bring out the chairs, and turn the venue into an intimate pop-up movie theater. And did we mention, there’s free popcorn and free raffles for concert tickets?
Plus there’s a pop-up chef cooking up a special dinner menu.
