Swing Dancing in the Streets | Castro

Think you got lead feet? Anyone can learn a few swing moves!

In fact this event is set up to help you out. You need no experience. You need no partner (you can bring one or else they’ll find you one). This is a family friendly event, bring your kids! There will be kid oriented activities for those shy one’s who don’t want to dance.

HERE’S THE SCHEDULE:

• At 1pm, there’ll be Basic Dance Lesson for Beginners by Queer Ballroom
• At 1:45pm live original music from sultry swing act Emily Anne”s Delight Band
• At 2:30pm swing hits by a DJ
• At 3pm more live music to keep practicing all that you learned!
