Held at Fort Mason Center’s Festival Pavilion on September 25-29, 2013, the Big Book Sale features over 500,000 books, DVDs, CDs, books on tape, vinyl, and other forms of media, 500,000 items, 100+ categories, and over 400 volunteers.

The Big Book Sale is free and open to the public and all proceeds from the Big Book Sale benefit the San Francisco Public Library’s literacy programs for children, teens and adults.
