Secret “Street Challenge”: Hip Hop Dance Battle in a Parking Lot | SoMa

Come to a secret parking lot in SoMa and watch a hip hop dance battle, with a trivia contest, pizza party and DJs at the 3rd installment of “Street Challenge.”

This event is put on by a bunch of Lyft drivers, but all are welcome;  just come with an appreciation of bboy and freestyle dancing, or bring your dance moves and join in.

Where is it?
The address will be posted on the day of the event (11/13)  at noon via Twitter: @DiscoLyft, @HipHopLyft, and @BatLyft. You might have to DM for the exact address. Be ready to move at a moments notice if the event gets shut down.

Do I need to bring anything?
Only your hip-hop knowledge, dance moves and dancing shoes, or roller skates too.

Will there be punch and pie?
Yes, pizza and water will be provided (while supplies last and don’t just come to be a freeloader; come to watch some amazing hip hop freestyle dancing and have a slice or two).

Is there parking?
Lyft drivers will get priority. The way the event is set-up is by parking everyone with their mustache-laden Lyft grills in a giant circle, so if you’re just stopping by, be sure to park away from that circle so you can escape before 8 pm. Non-Lyft drivers are welcome, but  please park on adjacent streets or lots.
