Andres Amador is an earthscape artist from San Francisco who is well known for creating massive sand drawings on the beach using only a rake and some volunteers. His next project is at Ocean Beach starting at 1pm at Ocean Beach on Friday, December 13, 2013.
Friday’s event is not a collaborative workshop, but instead a project for a documentary series. So instead of volunteering, this is for you to watch the creation from afar and then enjoy the destruction by the sea.
Meet at the overlook to Ocean Beach just down from the Cliff House. The art begins at 1pm and will take about 2 1/2 hours to create. See some of his most stunning works.
