Free Esta Noche Comedy Thursdays | Mission Dist.

Esta Noche has presented the Bay Area’s best progressive comedians free of charge in the heart of the Mission.

Now, new hosts are continuing the fun. Every Thursday, straight and gay comedians tell jokes on a stage that was built for drag queens.

• 1st Thursday of the month: Yuri Kagan and friends
• 2nd Thursday of the month: Emily Van Dyke and friends
• 3rd Thursday of the Month: “The Bitchslap” with hosts Eloisa Bravo and Kimberly Rose Wendt
• 4th Thursday of the month: Jessica Sele and friends

Esta Noche is a gay bar where everyone is welcome as long as they are 21 and over.

Jessica Sele hosts a night of darkly edgy queer comedy.

Headlining is Thai Rivera, a Los Angeles comic who has graced the stage on Comedy Central, Logo and has been a headliner at the San Francisco Punchline. His comedic style is disarming, yet easy going and guaranteed to have you laughing until it hurts.

Also on the bill are:

• Sampson McCormick is an award-winning, black, openly gay stand up comedian, writer and activist.
• Natasha Muse is a San Francisco comic, a skeptic, an agnostic, and at least the second-funniest transsexual you know – or your money back.
• Jenn Dronsky is a hilarious human female and cat enthusiast. She was recently a co-host of the Awkward Sex Show podcast.
