Whiskey Women | Elixir’s Cocktail Club | Mission Dist.

Elixir Cocktail Club’s weekly meeting is a special one on this day as they welcome author, journalist and whiskey expert Fred Minnick to town to talk to people about his book “Whiskey Women: The Untold Story of How Women Saved Bourbon, Scotch & Irish Whiskey”.

They’ll have some books for sale courtesy of Omnivore Books and a tasting of SIA Scotch, a new female-created blended scotch whisky brand by local entrepreneur Carin Luna-Ostaseski.
