Monday Night Underground Concert Throwdown

Brand new free weekly concert series at Boom Boom Room

For the first time in over ten years, Boom Boom Room is open again for a free Monday night underground throwdown called, Off The Record. 8pm – 1:30am Mondays.

Every Monday night from July 7 – August 25, 2014 from 8:30pm to 1:30am, Off The Record will host featured artists, DJs and local up-and-coming bands in a live format. Each evening will be hosted by a guest Bay Area music community MC. The Bad Jones will be the house band backing the featured artist’s set as well as the guest musicians that perform during the late night session.

The evening’s three sets will be connected by short sets from a featured DJ. All throughout, the MC will move the evening along with brief artist interviews and crowd interactions.

July 7th featured artist: East Bay native Thomas Pridgen – Best known as drummer for The Mars Volta, Suicidal Tendencies and winner of the Guitar Center drum-off when he was only nine years old.
