The 1st in a Series of Cooking Demonstrations on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at the Tuesday Berkeley Farmers’ Market sponsored by Bauman College with Trudy Schafer, M.A. Today she will be demonstrating the preparation of Asparagus Soup.
Trudy Schafer, M.A. is a Natural Chef Instructor at Bauman College with a holistic healing approach to the kitchen using organic whole foods and specializing in cooking nutritional & appetizing cuisine for people healing from illnesses. She runs a personal chef business, The Healing Hearth.
