The night kicks off with the ritual Bhangra dance lesson followed with vibrant dance performances by the beautiful Dholrhythms Dance Company. The Flow will continue with Seti X and Deuce Eclipse (Bang Data) coming together for for an early live set. Also gracing the stage for the first time at Non Stop Bhangra during the live set will be the one and only Bay Area legend Lyrics Born (Latryx, Quannum).
On the decks this month, Non Stop Bhangra’s own DJ Jimmy Love will be joined by one of our favorite local DJ’s J.Boogie (Om Records), alongside guests DJ VJ (Edmonton, Canada) and DJ Scorpio (L.A) with live Dhol (drumming) in the mix by our own Pavit Deol to spice up the night.
Beyond sound and dance, Non Stop Bhangra caters to your eyes all night with visuals by DJ Amar and live painting by Marcus Murray.
