Indulge… guilt-free. Come down to Macy’s Cellar to see Chef Marisa Churchill for an evening cooking demonstration dedicated to heart-healthy desserts.

A local pastry expert and former contestant of BRAVO’s Top Chef, Marisa will show you how to prepare a decadent Mexican Chocolate Mousse using Guittard dark chocolate, a recipe from her new cookbook, Sweet and Skinny.

Plus, Hilda Moscoso, a registered dietician for Kaiser Permanente, will give you tips about how to enjoy the benefits of dark chocolate without putting on pounds.

Your $10 donation at the door benefits Go Red for Women, the American Heart Association’s initiative to fight heart disease in women.
