Event Details

San Francisco has been home to some of America’s most peculiar people and history. From the hauntings of Pacific Heights to the Satanist of the Outer Richmond and the famous magician whose entire illusion show once stopped traffic on the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco has always been a wild place.

Free, but an RSVP is required. RSVPs are now sold out.

In this fascinating talk, magician, solo performer, and storyteller Christian Cagigal shares his favorite stories of San Francisco’s past.
Cagigal has performed his trademark hybrid of storytelling and magic from San Francisco to Hollywood’s Magic Castle, and from New York City to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He is an Artist in Residence at EXIT Theatre in San Francisco and with Beyond the Mountain in Montreal. Cagigal was a Theatre Bay Area Award Finalist for Best Solo Performer 2014, and has been named Best Magician of the Bay three times by the San Francisco Bay Guardian.
