Corgi Con at Ocean Beach
The NorCal Corgi Con is a wonderfully bizarre beach day event for dogs (and their pawrents) bringing together thousands of enthusiastic Corgis, their owners and wannabes too on Ocean Beach directly across from the Beach Chalet from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday, October 10, 2015.
The day will be back with activities ranging from a group photo, costume contest and, the favorite activity – Corgi Races. Yes – you read that right – corgis (stumpy legs and all), will be racing for title of Fastest Corgi.

The event begins promptly at 10 am. First few hundred check-ins walk away with a free corgi con themed giveaway. Limited quantities of shirts and other swag will be available day-of. All proceeds from t-shirt and raffle sales will benefit two non-profit charities – Corgi Aid and Muttville Senior Dog Rescue of San Francisco.
They invite you to come by and spent your afternoon with them whether or not you have a Corgi. (And we must say, it’s pretty hard to resist the invite!)
