Foursquare Day 2013 Happy Hour | SF

April 16, 2013… aka “4/16” is foursquare day (get it… four squared is 16? ha ha… sigh….)

For those of you addicted to earning badges and who aspire to Mayordom on your smartphones, this day offers a swarming meetup to get you special discounts, and an opportunity to unlock a special badge and meet all of your fellow ‘squares in person on this “global social media holiday.”

Foursquare is encouraging businesses to offer specials and discounts on this day, so watch out for signs in windows of your favorite stores and eateries announcing special deals in exchange for foursquare check-ins.

@4sqdaySF will be holding the 2013 Foursquare Day Happy Hour from 4-6pm at Pacific Catch. Details are still being worked out, but there will be a special Buzz Cocktail and other check-in specials at the celebration.
