Discover the transformative power of dance by joining this movement class for adults and seniors of all abilities. Using live music, the class begins seated, warming up both body and mind.

As the class progresses participants can stand or stay seated as they continue to hone balance, grace, and confidence. This class is appropriate for people in wheelchairs, those with balance concerns, Parkinson’s, and other movement challenges. Live music presented in partnership with On Lok Lifeways.
