Free Rides on SF’s Oldest Carousel

Celebrate SF’s 109-year-old merry go round with free rides Saturday

Put a new spin on a classic holiday tradition this winter as the Children’s Creativity Museum lights up the Bay Area’s oldest and most beloved carousel in Yerba Buena Gardens from 5-7 pm on Saturday, November 28, 2015.

This historic carousel was constructed in 1906 and lived at Playland-at-the-Beach from 1913 to 1972 and moved to Yerba Buena Gardens in 1998.
