Thanksgiving Bridgewatch Event: Save Lives with a Smile | SF

The Bridgewatch Angels will dedicate their Thanksgiving to saving lives on the Golden Gate Bridge. The holidays can trigger feelings of loss, inadequacy, low self-esteem, disconnection, emptiness, and rejection.

Join them as they greet everyone they meet with smiles and well wishes. Their primary focus will be to engage individuals on the bridge who are walking alone, displaying negative body posture, or lingering mid-span.

Thanksgiving Day will be divided into 2 shifts (10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm). Please indicate which shift you will volunteer for by visiting the Eventbrite link and selecting a ticket. One ticket per person. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.

After signing up on Eventbrite, please select “going” on our Bridgewatch Angels Thanksgiving event page to receive instructions, updates and helpful tips to plan your day with them. They would be very appreciative if you could also share the event on your Facebook Page.
