Join CUESA for a day of celebrating preservation techniques.  We will feature tastings, displays, and more including an 11:00 am cooking demonstration by Kathryn Lukas of Farmhouse Culture– makers of amazing local krauts.

Takes place in the CUESA kitchen under the North arcade.  Events are free to the public.
