2nd Annual Summer Fitness and Health Fair | East Bay

Express Fitness gym & Iron Horse Nutrition hosts the second annual free fitness and health fair on Saturday, July 16, from 10 am to 2 pm offering the community an opportunity to participate in a day of activities focused on fitness and health with activities, giveaways and professional body builder meet-and-greets with free product samples, and free chair massages.

Additional health and fitness-related vendors will be present including Fit Moms Club fitness fashion for women, free chiropractic evaluations from Coleman Chiropractic, Gripz Gloves, free chair massages and more. Guests will be entertained with salsa music, while Express Fitness will offer activities of their own to add to the festivities.
