Event Details

In honor of Bastille Day, Mission Pie announced via Twitter that they will give a free galette (a crusty French cake that can be either sweet or savory) to anyone who can sing the entire “La Marseillaise.”

It’s a pretty hefty task though, seeing as how the French National Anthem has seven verses (not to mention all those silent letters), but the pay off for a little crooning is a complimentary, crusty cake.

Don’t know the words? Listen to “La Marseillaise.”
