Join IMPACT Bay Area (IBA) for  happy hour with drink specials, free Oysters on the half-shell, the swinging sounds of DJs Carmen and Miranda at the Fruit Stand, and self-defense tips.

Learn Self Defense Tips:

• Learn some effective boundary-setting and verbal self-defense techniques.
• Instructors will be there to lead a few hands-on assault and harassment role-play scenarios and will demonstrate IMPACT style personal safety skills
• See video clips of realistic attack scenarios with full-force self-defense tactical responses against a padded mock by women of all ages, sizes and abilities
• Enjoy free raw oysters & music

From 4-6pm all bar proceeds go to IMPACT Bay Area.
