Reset your system with a modern spin on a 600-year-old Rosh Hashanah ritual called Tashlich to get rid of last year’s bad karma and start the new year off fresh, is traditionally enacted by tossing crumbs into the ocean. This year, they will provide birdseed instead of bread to be better stewards of the wildlife and environment.

JCCSF and Reboot invite you to Ocean Beach for a brief, engaging ritual and joyful noise accompaniment from shofar blowers, members of Jazz Mafia and the Ministers of Sound of the Saint John Will-I-Am Coltrane African Orthodox Church.

Enjoy a twist on the traditional sweet with s’mores roasted over a bonfire.
