Event Details

Erika Lee and Judy Yung, co‐authors of the award‐winning book, Angel Island:
Immigrant Gateway to America, will present a brief historical overview of the Angel Island Immigration Station, followed by immigrant stories told by Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Jewish descendants of Angel Island detainees. A reception and book signing of the new paperback edition will follow the program.

Admission is free. Light refreshments will be served and books will be sold at 20% discount for $20 at the event. Book proceeds benefit the Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation.
