Join the Museum of Craft and Design for a Design Challenge inspired by the current exhibition “Dead Nuts: a search for the ultimate machined object”. Receive a mysterious bag of “machined” materials and assemble them into a creative new invention, model, prototype or sculpture. Immortalize your creation by filling out one of MCD’s custom Invention Patent postcards.
This free drop-in project is appropriate for ages 4-14; younger kids may need some assistance from a parent/guardian.
