Golden Gate Park’s “Virtual” 150th Birthday Bash is Saturday
Happy Birthday, Golden Gate Park!
The city of San Francisco has been planning a huge 150th birthday bash for Golden Gate Park on April 4 to celebrate the occasion. Unfortunately, the big birthday bash in the park has been postponed (it’ll be rescheduled for a date later this year), but in honor of the big birthday, they’re bringing Golden Gate Park to you with a virtual experience.
Log in starting at 9am for a virtual concert series with songs from Metallica’s 2017 Outside Lands Festival show and Boz Skaggs from Hardly Strictly Bluegrass
The city will be hosting a digital concert series, hidden treasures, unknown stories and more. Check out Virtual Golden Gate Park on April 4 to see what they have in store. More details to come on Saturday.
