Mid-Autumn Moon Festival & Lit Lantern Parade | Tenderloin

Every year the Vietnamese Youth Development Center puts together a free event for children, youth and the families of the Tenderloin community a the Tenderloin Children’s Playground gymnasium.

It is a celebration of culture and tradition. The 34th Annual Mid-Autumn Moon Festival for 2012 will feature games, prizes, arts & craft, youth performances, a goodie bag giveaway for the first 200 kids ages 1-14, and a one-of-a-kind lit-lantern parade through the neighborhood.
