SF’s “Lone Palm Bar” is Now “No Palm Bar”

Oh no….The Mission’s tropical art deco cocktail lounge Lone Palm Bar has now lost their only palm tree.

Thanks to Helmut the Schmidt for sharing the photos of the lone palm tree now in pieces.

According to Shotwells Bar, the tree was sick and the property manager wanted it removed. Hopefully, the palm tree will be replaced, but meanwhile, Lone Palm Bar has launched a GoFundMe to keep the bar afloat and help recover months worth of back rent that’s due.
