Papergirl invites you to celebrate the opening of its fourth annual international art show at Merchants of Reality in SoMa from 7-10 pm on October 19, 2013.
Celebrate the participating artists and their work and mingle with urban artists and riders. Over 100 pieces will be on display before they are distributed around San Francisco by bicycle.
Papergirl is a community art project that distributes submitted art pieces by bicycle, freely and at random, to people in the streets of San Francisco, American paperboy style.
The work will be on display from noon to 4 pm on Saturday and Sunday, October 19-20, 2013.
On October 24, 2013 Papergirl culminates in the Roll & Ride, where bicycle and art enthusiasts from all around San Francisco come together to prepare the art in rolls and ride around the city distributing them freely to people on the streets.
