Want to try the world’s fastest growing sport for free? In partnership with SF Recreation & Parks, Park Padel is a 2-court pop-up installation situated conveniently in Embarcadero Plaza right across the Ferry building where you and 3 friends and come and try padel.

Padel, a sport with elements of squash and tennis played in a court enclosed in glass walls, was invented in Mexico in the 1970’s and is now incredibly popular in Europe and Latin America. The court is roughly the size of a pickleball court, equally social and easy to pick up, but with a higher athletic ceiling.
Our free community hours, 2PM-4PM Mon-Thurs, are available to book at book.parkpadel.com or in the Park Padel app with an account. Outside of these hours the courts are available for a fee.
