Are you looking to meet new people on a beach time while getting away from the chores and being a parent? Join monthly Q&A with the Rest Coach.
Anastasiya Rutus, Rest Coach and a local mom, is inviting you to join her on the beach for some chill vibes, new people and open Q&A on how to bring in more rest and self-care into your life. Because you deserve rest!
Bring your blanket and something warm (you know it, Ocean Beach is wild) and an open mind.
We will chat, connect and build a community supporting each other!
