Springline’s Concert in The Plaza will bring together nationally-known artists and bands to the Menlo Park community.

Barry’s is the original strength and cardio interval fitness experience that provides a dynamic, high-intensity workout that’s as effective as it is fun. Our outdoor pop-up will encompass a bodyweight and resistance band workout to give you a taste of what to expect from the Red Room!

• Get a taste of what to expect in the studio.
• Barry’s full-body workout includes a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, and resistance bands.
• Recover after at the Juice Bar with Pressed Juice.
