Join the Friends of the San Francisco Public Library at the Book Sale Block Party for a day of literary fun! With over 10,000 books, comics, media & vinyl on sale, the San Francisco Public Library Bookmobile, Kids Zone, Live DJ, author talks, and button making with SFPL Summer Stride artist Sendy Santamaria, you’re guaranteed a day of fun for all ages!
We are partnering with Thee Parkside (1600 17th St.) for the Block Party by hosting author readings from current and former Brown-Handler Resident cohorts! Grab a drink and some food, and listen in.
Members of Friends SFPL save 10% on their purchases AND get free members-only access to the sale from 11am-12pm.
